• Beach chairs may not be reserved.

• Towels left unattended on chairs for extended periods will be removed.

• The beach chairs should never be placed in the water.

• Beach chairs should not be jumped on.

• Smoking on the beach and around the pool is not allowed.

• Music after 10 pm should not be a nuisance.

• The use of glass and glass bottles around the pool and on the beach is not allowed

• Toys by the pool and on the beach should be cleaned up before nightfall.

• Throwing waste into the sea from the terraces and the beach (this also includes food

scraps) is not allowed.

• It is not allowed to climb scaffolds of houses where you are not staying.

• Do not hang laundry or towels over the balustrades or at other places in sight.

• Resort facilities and staff should be treated with respect.

• Do not park your car in places with signs, only park in the place that belongs to your house.

• Garbage should be placed in the waste containers, not next to it, make sure you close the

container well after use.

• In order to preserve the aquatic life in the lagoon, it is not allowed to fish in the water in the

lagoon in front of the Ocean Resort. Nor is it allowed to fish from the rocks at the entrance

of the lagoon.

Rules and regulations for tenants and/or guests of Beau Rivage.

1. Tenants and/or guests are requested to sign a copy of these rules upon arrival, and

deliver same to the manager or the guard.

2. Tenants and/or guests are allowed the use of the communal areas according to the rules

of the Association of Owners. Beau Rivage is a private property, not a hotel.

3. It is not allowed to have more persons living in the apartment than indicated in the

house rules of the Association.

4. You will be allowed to use the parking space pertaining to the apartment. Parking

outside the parking spaces is not permitted. Visitors park outside the gate.

5. Tenants and/or guests must announce all visitors to the security guards. Visitors are

expected to check in with the guard. Guest are not allowed to invite their own guests for

overnight stay into the property.

6. A remote control for the entrance gate will be available to you. Additional remote

controls are available at the office of the administrator at the costs of Naf 100 per piece.

Please use it and don’t honk.

7. Level of noise and/or music in the apartment must be acceptable for all occupants.

Between 22.00 and 07.00 h music is not allowed on balconies. Music on the beach,

pooldeck or other public areas is not allowed. After 23.00 h please do not use the fire

steps. At the gate you have to use the doorbell or use the remote control. Suitcases

must be dragged without noise, certainly after 23.00 h.

8. It is not allowed to place drying racks for clothes on the balconies, nor to hang any

clothing, towels, etc. in any way on the balconies or porches. Cleaning utensils must be

stored in the apartment or in the storage area of the apartment and are not allowed to

be left in the corridors nor may the corridors be obstructed by any object.

9. BBQ is not allowed on the balconies nor in any other public area, including the beach

and the pool deck.

10. It is not allowed to place garbage bags or any other debris/waste in the corridors and/or

other public areas.

11. Pets are not allowed in the apartments or in any public area.

12. The swimming pool and beach area may be used between 08.00 and 22.00 h.

13. The use of glassware is not allowed on the beach, pool deck and in the swimming pool.

14. The use of the beach chairs is restricted to the beach. It is not allowed to sunbath, place

beach chairs or any other furniture/objects on the lawn or in the garden.

15. Swimming in the pool and the beach area is at your own risk. Children under the age of

12 years are not allowed to use the pool or the beach area without being accompanied

by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty. The Association of Owners of Beau Rivage

accepts no liability for damage, material or immaterial, because of the use of the

swimming pool or the beach area nor any other public area.

16. Chairs and sun beds are for use of everyone. It is not permitted to reserve a place by

putting down a beach towel or bag. To avoid arguments, they, who have left the

reserved place and does not return within 30 minutes on the place they reserved, do not

have the right anymore on the chair or sun bed. Not more than one palapa per

apartment is available. When leaving the beach, the beach chairs and table will be put

back and garbage and cigarette butts are cleaned up.

17. The shower near the beach is only used for a brief wash of the salty water and sand.

18. Please turn off the airco’s and the fans during your absence. Utility costs are very high.

19. Guest are expected to report technical problems and defects immediately.

The voltage in the building is 220V.
