Sea Star Villa is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa with a spectacular view over the ocean and dolphin facility across the lagoon. The two story (stairs)ocean front villa is built on the cliff and can be occupied by 8 persons max. All bedroomshave an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a guest toilet. The master bedroom features a private balcony and mezzanine.The colorful villa is truly an oasis of relaxation, with cozy nooks to sit back and relax, socialize or just enjoy the sea breeze. The open floorplan connects the living area with the grand open kitchen.There is an outside terrace with dining area and gardenoverlooking the ocean. The resort is gated and has a private beach for residents only and a large pool with kiddies pool. There are several shady spot at both the beach as well as the pool are with lounge chairs which you can use free of charge. A private parking place is reserved for your rental car.

The entire villa is air conditioned.The kitchen is fully equipped witha stove top, oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and of course all kitchen necessities like a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster,pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is a gas BBQ for your convenience on the terrace. Furthermore the villa is equipped with a washer, a dryer, top quality linen, towels and beach towels. The bedrooms feature 1 time aqueen and 3 times 2 singles, AC and a spacious closet. There is free Wi-Fi available at the villa and in the common areas.Cleaning is scheduled after each 7th day including linen change.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Sea Star Villais situated within the gated ***** Curacao Ocean Resort and ideally located within walking distance to Mambo Beach. You find lots of entertainment and night life here, like international restaurants, tropical beach bars, a dive shop, a gym and spa, small shops, a casino and the Mambo Beach Boulevard. The Seaquarium and Dolphin Academy are located opposite of the resort where you often see the dolphins jump. Historic Willemstad is only 10 car minutes away. There is a private parking spot reserved for your rental car.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally. For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.
In the event of a cancellation an administration fee applies of USD 150.00.
