Both the view over the ocean as well as over the inland salt lake are breathtaking. The villa features 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms at the main level and a separate apartment with private entrance bed- and bathroom at the pool level. There is a wonderful separate lounge area under the gazebo in the garden overlooking the beautiful nature and inland salt lake. On top of the roof you find the rooftop terrace. The perfect spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset! The open floorplan on the main level features the kitchen with cook island/breakfast bar continuing into the living room. Via the large sliding door you enter the large terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining. One level down features the apartment and infinity pool with again amazing views over the Caribbean sea surrounded by the pool deck with loungers. There is a pantry with fridge near the pool as well.
AMENITIES
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffeemaker) and continuous on into the large living room equipped with lounge area with cable TV and a separate seating area with ceiling fans. Electricity is 220 voltage round plug. There is a lot of natural light and air flow due to the many shutters, doors and windows. All bedrooms at this level feature AC, king beds, side tables, night light, wardrobe and TV. Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with rain shower, wash basin, toilet and high end finishings. The apartment at pool level features a separate entrance, half open kitchen adjacent to the pool deck, a bedroom with AC, king and ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The pool deck features sun loungers, a shaded outside dining area and outdoor rain shower. Maid service (every 3-4th day depending on the length of stay), bedlinen and (beach) towels are included. There is highspeed internet throughout the villa. The entire villa is tastefully decorated and has a unique and extraordinary design. A true dream vacation rental for families or groups!

This hilltop villa This beautiful villa is located within a 24/7 secured residential area at Rif St Marie in the West end of Curacao. The front desk is located directly to the left of the entrance. The beach area offers shady spots, lounge beds and palapas. This is the heart of the resort and features a restaurant on the beach, a roof top restaurant next to the resort pool, a spa with sauna, a dive shop and bakery with terrace. In the direct surroundings you find a beautiful nature area with the National St Christoffel Park, salt planes and the flamingo breeding area. Other beautiful bays and beach like Daaibooi, Porto Marie and Cas Abao are just a short drive away. The nearest large grocery store is 15 car minutes, the airport 20 car minutes, down town Willemstad 35 car minutes.

This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally.
For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.

We loved the villa and how private it was a d the views and the pool and how well air flowed when doors left open.
Spectacular view. House is very sound proof. Well appointed for dinning on the water. Ample seating areas.
