DESCRIPTION ACCOMMODATION
Curacao Ocean Resort Flamboyan is a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor with magnificent views of both swimming pool and the ocean. The ***** resort has a private beach situated directly at the lagoon and a large swimming pool with kids pool. The lagoon is crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The house reef is in swimming distance from the beach and filled with exotic fishes and corals. On the beach you find palapas (umbrellas) and beach chairs free of charge for your convenience. Curacao Ocean Resort is gated and offers a private parking space for every apartment.

Curacao Ocean Resort Flamboyan is a comfortable spacious apartment with an open floor plan. The fully equipped modern kitchen and living area are one open space which continues in the adjoining patio for the best outdoor dining. The apartment is modern furnished. Flamboyan has a master bedroom with king size bed, bed tables and built in closet. The bathroom is connected and has a shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be made into a king. The bathroom is connected and has shower, sink and toilet.
AMENITIES
There is free high speed wireless internet available. The living room features a flat screen TV with cable TV. The bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master bedroom also features a flat screen and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking top, refrigerator with ice cubes, dish washing machine, oven (no microwave), Nespresso coffee maker (small regular pods) and everything else you need to make a perfect meal. A washer and dryer are built in in the master bathroom. Cleaning with linen change is included and scheduled halfway your stay when staying 9 nights or longer. Linens are provided including beach towels. The bed is made with a duvet with fresh cover.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Flamboyan is situated within the gated ***** Curacao Ocean Resort and ideally located within walking distance to Mambo Beach. You find lots of entertainment and night life here, like international restaurants, tropical beach bars, a dive shop, a gym and spa, small shops, a casino and the Mambo Beach Boulevard. The Seaquarium and Dolphin Academy are located opposite of the resort where you often see the dolphins jump. Historic Willemstad is only 10 car minutes away. There is a private parking spot reserved for your rental car.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally. For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.
In the event of a cancellation an administration fee applies of USD 150.00.

Very clean, perfect size for 4 people. Pool was awesome very deep. Walking distance to Mambo Beach and the Sea Aquarium. Will return again.
Amazing, restorative vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Curacao and we could not be happier with the accommodations. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. This place is so beautiful, and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway for our little family. We can’t wait to return next year!

The place is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. The location is amazing. Next door to Mambo beach but not directly on it so you get the convenience of location without the noise. Highly recommend.
Enjoyable vacation!
We enjoyed our recent vacation at Ocean Resort. The property was neat, clean, safe, and truly as advertised. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The AC units were only in the bedrooms. We visited in July, so it was a bit warmer than we wanted, but other than that, everything else was excellent. We loved the small beach and beautiful lagoon. Proximity to the Aquarium and the Mambo Beach was a plus. The pool was a decent size and never crowded. Jo and Barbe were phenomenal. They responded quickly and went above and beyond to help us. We plan to come back!
Fantastische plek!
Dit is een fantastische plek met alle voorzieningen aanwezig om je verblijf op Curaçao onvergetelijk te maken. rustig en toch op loopafstand van alle activiteiten die je maar wenst. prachtig zwembad en geweldig snorkelen. Het sea-aquarium is een must als je hier bent. Ook het rif is geweldig om te snorkelen. De communicatie verliep top! Kortom; absoluut een aanrader en ik zou hier graag terugkomen!

What can I say, that hasn't already been said? Lovely layout as pictured overlooking the property, pool and ocean. The condo was a comfortable, spacious, clean and welcoming. Sweet private lagoon and beach. We enjoyed a lot of time there snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. We loved calling it home for our 2 week vacation. It is located within easy walking distance to the Aquarium, Mambo beach and fine dining. Short drive to Willemstad and groceries. Family friendly. It was perfect for us, Canadians... Prachtig appm met uitzicht
We hebben fantastisch genoten van het appartement met alle luxe en geweldig uitzicht. Met de auto konden we het hele eiland bezichtigen. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Mambo beach zo konden we ontbijten bij Lions-Dive en zaten we dicht bij vele restaurants en winkeltjes van mambo beach. We hebben ook gewoon in het appartement gegeten en ontbeten. De keuze maakt het reuze.

Great for families and close to action
The complex is very family friendly and the pool and beach are nice. Close to Mambo Beach activity and a short drive to some wonderful fine dining in the tow of Willemstad
