FEATURES

When entering the plot you will follow a nice short driveway going up to the villa and overlooking the lush gardens. The first guest accommodation is along this driveway, featuring an airconditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom. At the end of the driveway you will enter the gallery of the mansion. On each side of the gallery is an airconditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Further along you will step into the magnificent mansion with again 2 airconditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa features an open floor plan and split level. Together with the high ceilings it gives you a very experience. The large living room can be opened up completely with sliding doors making it feel like inside is outside and visa versa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with high end finishing and cooking island which makes it a perfect area to prepare a home cooked meal. The outside area provides several different spots to enjoy your vacation both in or out of the sun. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the lounge set, one of the sun beds or daydreaming in the infinity pool. Next to the pool is an outside shower. Through a staircase you walk onto your (man made) private beach. There is a palapa (an open space with a roof of dried palm leaves), a hammock and sun beds plus a beach bar. From the pier you can enter the crystal clear sea. The views and sunsets are truly amazing!

AMENITIES

Dynasty Mansion features a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 persons. All bedrooms offer a king size bed, bed tables, closet and AC. One of the bedrooms contains an extra bunk bed. The master bedroom offers a flat screen TV. There is free high speed WiFi throughout the mansion. Other general features are a flat screen TV in the living room, a washer and a clothes dryer. The kitchen offers a stove, side-by-side refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Maid service (every 3-4th day depending on the length of stay), bedlinen and (beach) towels are included.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

Dynasty Mansion is located in a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou in the surroundings of Rif St Marie. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, like Porto Mari, Daaibooi and Cas Abao. All excellent spots for water sports like snorkeling or scuba diving. Within the resort and next to Karakter Beach you find the spa for treatments and relaxation, restaurant ‘Karakter’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal', bakery Bread and More and the dive shop. The airport is 20 km away and historic Willemstad 28 km.
