Colonial Villa is a magnificent stand alone 3 bedroom ocean front villa with private pool. The villa is a replica of an historic colonial land-house that used to be the home of the plantation owners in the colonial times. The villa is classic from the outside and modern from the inside with nice furnishings and appliances. The villa has a beautiful tropical garden and breathtaking views of the surroundings and Caribbean Sea. There is no direct access to the ocean due to the cliffs and current. The spacious living area has French doors opening onto the patio with an outside dining area. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with small bar.
AMENITIES
Colonial Villa offers highspeed Wi-Fi, AC in all bedrooms, a washer, Apple TV and safe. Electricity is European 220 voltage round plugs. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king, bed tables and a closet plus an en-suite luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second and third bedroom are on the second floor feature a king, bed tables and closet and share a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Both bedroom 2 and 3 have a private balcony with beautiful view. The outside lounge area and terraces feature sun loungers and outdoor furniture. There is a private parking space next to the villa for your rental car. Maid service (every 3-4th day depending on the length of stay), bedlinen and (beach) towels are included.
SURROUNDING AND LOCATION
This beautiful villa is located within a 24/7 secured residential area at Rif St Marie in the West end of Curacao. The front desk is located directly to the left of the entrance. The beach area offers shady spots, lounge beds and palapas. This is the heart of the resort and features a restaurant on the beach, a roof top restaurant next to the resort pool, a spa with sauna, a dive shop and bakery with terrace. In the direct surroundings you find a beautiful nature area with the National St Christoffel Park, salt planes and the flamingo breeding area. Other beautiful bays and beach like Daaibooi, Porto Marie and Cas Abao are just a short drive away. The nearest large grocery store is 15 car minutes, the airport 20 car minutes, down town Willemstad 35 car minutes.

This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally.
For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.

Beautiful house, beautiful view. Loved the pool. So convenient being so close to both the beach & restaurants. Because it's a guarded community I felt completely comfortable with the openness of the house. Had a really great experience with check in and communication when needed.
This house was phenomenal and beyond our expectations! The view is spectacular, the pool is wonderful, and the house itself is incredibly unique and lovely. The location was perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for. We felt safe at all times, and it was truly a magical stay! We can't wait to stay here again!
Privacy of the house [naturist friendly], spaciousness and layout of the house, closeness to the resort so we could easily walk for great meals and of course great ocean/sunset views from the gazebo.
